What is Apna Ghar Mehfooz Ghar Program?
Under this scheme, eligible citizens who own 1 to 5 marla plots in urban areas or up to 10 marla plots in rural areas can receive interest-free loans of up to Rs. 1.5 Million to construct safe, durable brick houses. Repayment schedules are spread over 7 to 9 years with zero interest rates.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Documents
- Applicant must hold a valid Punjab Domicile and CNIC.
- Must be the sole head of household earning less than Rs. 60,000 per month.
- Must possess clear ownership documents of the land plot.
- Must not be a bank defaulter or possess an existing constructed home.
